Delivery

Please allow 1-2 working days for us to process your orders. Once your order has been confirmed, production can take anywhere from 37-60 working days on hand embellished items. Please take note that this does not include Sundays or any holidays. Whilst waiting for your product, please consider that each and every piece is carefully hand embellished, our craftsmen work hundreds of hours on every piece and work really hard to ensure that they give the best quality possible. We are aware that this is a fairly long period of time, but good things take time and you will not be disappointed!

 

Pre - launch orders can take anywhere from 30-90 working days on hand embellished items. We are aware that this is can be fairly long, but it is all worth the wait as you will have priority of purchasing these beautiful pieces before the official brand launch! 

Please do not be disheartened by the wait, as items can also be shipped straight away, depending on stock availability. Please note that any pieces ordered before our official launch party are considered as a pre-launch order and can take up to the maximum time.

 

Monarchic cannot take responsibility for any delays due to customs. This is beyond our control as these taxes / import duties can be applied by customs authorities on delivery into your country. Import duties / taxes are the responsibility of the customer. If you fail to pay customs and the parcel is returned to back to Monarchic, you will be liable for the fee’s charged for return, re-delivery and the product. We highly recommend that you check your countries customs website prior to placing your order.
