We do not offer any cancellations, refunds, returns or exchanges as each individual piece is made to order. Please also be aware that each and every piece is unique and due to being hand embellished, each piece could slightly differ due to various different craftsman making these. Every piece is hand embellished and has taken our craftsmen hundreds of hours of work to complete, with strong attention to detail, to ensure they give the best quality possible.
